Unlike a lot of companies we do not sit in your home for hours on end until we have received a signed order. In fact the process is remarkably stress free & will not take up too much of your valuable time. Once you have booked an appointment we will turn up when we have agreed to be there, discuss your requirements, take measurements & photographs, show you any relevant samples and then leave. Your bespoke estimate will then be posted or popped in your letterbox. We only ask that you inform us of your decision either way.
